Job summary
Arden University invites applications for a Lecturer in Project Management and Supply Chain (Distance Learning). You will report to the Head of Department for Project Management and Supply Chain and deliver engaging online lectures, with occasional onsite sessions, while acting as a Personal Academic Coach (PAC) to support student progression.
You will lead modules, oversee assessments, provide high-quality feedback, and help develop new programmes aligned with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Ability to teach at least one of Project Management or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with distance learning or online delivery.
- Ability to manage a defined PAC caseload.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online lectures and occasional onsite sessions as required.
- Act as Personal Academic Coach to support student engagement and progression.
- Lead module delivery and ensure quality of learning materials.
- Oversee assessment marking and provide high-quality feedback.
- Help create new programmes and refresh existing ones to meet industry needs.
- Drive innovation in teaching methods and student support.
