Job summary

Arden University is seeking a Lecturer in Project Management and Supply Chain to join our Department of Supply Chain and Project Management. The role requires delivering lectures onsite and online, leading modules, and shaping assessment and academic support for students.

The successful candidate will contribute to programme development, collaborate with industry partners, and drive teaching innovation while operating in a hybrid arrangement with travel to the Birmingham campus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering lectures in Project Management or Supply Chain.
• Ability to lead modules and develop learning materials.
• Experience with assessments, marking and feedback, and programme development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures onsite and online as required.
• Take on module leadership, developing learning materials and schemes of work.
• Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments and provide high-quality feedback.
• Lead or support creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends.
• Collaborate to provide academic advice and support to students.
• Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support and assessment techniques.
