Job summary

Arden University is seeking Associate Lecturers to support delivery of courses in blended and distance learning. The role offers flexible assignments on a semester or task basis, aligned with your schedule and interests.

You will teach, engage students online and in person at Stratford or via distance teaching, with responsibilities including marking and supervision of dissertations. A teaching qualification and UK HE experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching in UK higher education.
• Experience assessing and providing feedback to students within set deadlines.
• Fellowship of Advance HE or willingness to work toward it with support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BL sessions with engaging teaching and learning activities.
• Lead DL sessions using Zoom and online forums with timely feedback.
• Carry out marking, standardisation, and meet assessment deadlines.
• Provide supervision for student projects and dissertations.
• Develop or revise lecture content ensuring copyright compliance.
• Participate in meetings and staff development to maintain teaching quality.
