Job summary

iO Associates is seeking a Project Management Business Partner in Broughton, UK, to join a globally recognised aerospace leader delivering mission-critical programmes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and manufacturing to embed strong PM governance and integrated planning.

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, drive Risk & Opportunity management, track milestones and deploy digital solutions to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven project management in aerospace or complex industrial manufacturing.
• End-to-end planning, baseline change control, and EVM tracking.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2).
• Proficiency with project data and visualization tools.

Project Management Business Partner

Project Manager – Business Partner is needed to be a part of a globally recognised aerospace leader driving innovation across complex, mission-critical programmes. You’ll work on high-profile commercial aircraft programmes with global reach, collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams shaping the future of aviation.

As a Project Manager – Business Partner, you will support the Single Aisle Wing Value Stream Management (VSM) team, embedding robust PM governance, integrated planning, and baseline change control. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, drive Risk & Opportunity management, track EVM milestones, and deploy smart digital solutions to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met.

Skills:

• Proven project management in aerospace, aircraft production, or complex industrial manufacturing.
• End-to-end planning, baseline change control, EVM tracking, and Risk & Opportunity management.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and formal PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Airbus PM Bronze).
• Proficient in project data and visualization tools (Palantir/SkyWise, SAP, QlikSense, Unified Planning).
