Job summary

Suffolk Family Carers is seeking a Project Lead to guide the delivery of services for children and young people with caring responsibilities, while leading a team of Young Carer Advisers. The role requires a person-centred approach and strong collaboration with schools and partner organisations.

You will identify needs, support families, and build resilience through community connections. An enhanced DBS is required; hybrid options may apply.
