Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Project Lead – Distribution to coordinate the ordering and delivery of clinical trial supplies from our global facilities to distribution depots and patient sites. This role supports fast-paced, customer-focused operations within Clinical Services, ensuring timely, accurate distribution across the network.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional activities, maintain compliance, and contribute to worldwide trial execution with a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK or possess a valid UK work permit.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) required.
• 3 A-Levels or equivalent with 4+ years of total work experience.
• Degree with 1+ years in project management and/or operational experience.
• Or 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to ensure ordering and delivery of clinical trial supplies from Almac facilities globally to distribution depots and patient sites.
• Support a fast-paced, customer-focused team delivering trials worldwide.
• Contribute to on-time, accurate distribution and operational execution across the network.

What we are looking for
