Job summary

CPL Healthcare is seeking a Distribution Operator to join ALMAC Group at the Global Headquarters in Craigavon for a night shift. The role focuses on distribution order processing, material receipt, and inventory management within a GMP environment.

Key duties include accurate picking across protocols, maintaining clean facilities, and performing distribution transactions. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a night schedule Sunday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• Previous Distribution/Warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete all Distribution activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure Distribution facilities are clean and clear.
• Handle all material carefully and in the correct manner.
• Ensure the correct picking of material for all Distribution Orders; proficient in picking across the full range of Distribution Protocols; output to department expectations; maintain quality standards.
• Process Distribution Orders in accordance with Distribution Instructions; demonstrate competency and confidence across a wide range of orders; minimum supervision.
• Retrieve material from outside Warehouses efficiently; perform receipt of material into Distribution and locate accordingly; complete inventory management tasks.
• Organise all Distribution activities to ensure efficient and secure completion; perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems.
• Undertake additional duties or tasks as designated by superiors; complete all documentation in compliance with cGMP, SOPs and Distribution Instructions.

Distribution Operator - Clinical Services - Night Shift

CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for a Distribution Operator to join their team on a temporary, on-going contract.

• Pay Rate - £13.47 p/h plus applicable Shift Premium 33.3% - £17.96
• Location – ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon
• Benefits – 34 days holiday per annum
• Hours – 37.5 hours per week
• Shift - Night Shift - 23.30 - 7.30 am (Sunday - Thursday)

To be responsible for the effective picking and processing of Distribution Orders. The role also extends to include receipt of material into Distribution and overall inventory management.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Complete all Distribution activities in accordance with SOP’s
2. Ensure Distribution facilities are clean and clear

4. Ensure the correct picking of material for all Distribution Orders

EXPERIENCE:
