Join our growing team at Almac Clinical Services as a Proposal Development Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting global pharmaceutical clients and helping deliver high‑quality clinical supply solutions.
Working as part of the Business Development team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for assisting with the management & growth of client accounts and ensuring continuity of service.
The main objective of the position is to generate site specific and global technical proposals for clinical trial packaging and distribution based on client’s requirements, while accounting for changes in scope throughout the lifecycle of the project. You will work directly with Business Development Field Sales Managers and Clinical Services technical teams to develop packaging and distribution strategies, ensuring these are costed accurately in the proposal and within the required timeframe.

You will work 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Friday. The role is primarily office based, with flexible working and hybrid working options available (terms & conditions apply).
