Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Project HSE Manager in Kingston, UK, to lead and coordinate HSE across EPIC projects. You will develop, implement and improve the Project HSE system, drive risk assessments, conduct incident investigations and ensure compliance with UK CDM regulations and ISO/IOGP standards.

Requirements: 3+ years as HSE Manager, 10+ years in HSE, NEBOSH Diploma, Tech IOSH or above and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor preferred. Full-time contractor, UK right-to-work; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project HSE Management System across EPIC phases.
• Coordinate HSE activities on design and on-site work.
• Lead accident/incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Interface with Clients and administer HSE sections of contracts.
• Establish HSE monitoring and audit programs and reporting.
• Promote periodic Project HSE reviews and close-out reports.
