Job summary

Saipem seeking a Project HSE Manager for a contractor role in Kingston, UK. You will lead HSE across the EPIC project, coordinating design and site activities, interfacing with clients, and driving risk management and compliance with UK regulations.

The role requires a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, and extensive HSE experience. UK right-to-work is mandatory; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as HSE manager and 10+ years in HSE activities, preferably with IOGP standards.
• NEBOSH diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech IOSH or above and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and improve Project HSE Management System across EPIC.
• Act as HSE focal point; manage all HSE issues for the Project.
• Interface with Clients and manage HSE section of contracts.
• Develop and coordinate the HSE team; provide support to Project Management.
• Lead HSE risk processes (HAZOP/HAZID, risk assessments).
• Ensure subcontractor HSE management and periodic HSE reviews.
