Job summary

Aspire Recruitment Consultants is seeking a Project Freight Coordinator to join the Kent-based team. This is a fully office-based role with no remote working option.

You will coordinate international freight movements, manage customer shipping requirements and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of shipments. The role requires strong knowledge of customs, experience raising shipping documents, and a proactive approach to solving problems while maintaining high service levels and meeting tight

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years’ experience in a freight team environment.
• Strong knowledge of international transportation and logistics.
• Good understanding of UK and international customs requirements.
• Experience raising shipping documents.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong organisational ability.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative ability.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
