Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Project Finance Assistant to join a team in Leeds, supporting project set-up, invoicing and ongoing maintenance. The role uses TLX Oracle to ensure data accuracy and compliance with risk policies, while collaborating with project managers and accounts teams.

You will help with revenue recognition, budgets, reconciliations and ad hoc reporting, with hybrid working three days in the office and two from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in a comparable finance role in a project-based environment.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, accuracy and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others under pressure.
• Experience with project accounting and revenue recognition is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project set-up, sales invoicing and ongoing project maintenance.
• Create and maintain revenue and cost-to-complete budgets and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, maintain client credit data and respond to queries.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Accounts Receivable across teams.
• Produce monthly reports and maintain high-quality financial data.
