Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking an IOS Project Engineer to lead engineering activities for a major 5-year Integrated Operational Solution programme. Based in Peterborough, you will manage projects under NEC3 contracts, work with Project Manager and delivery teams, and ensure governance, safety and technical compliance throughout design, construction and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

Education to A level or equivalent.
Appropriate engineering qualifications (desirable).
Knowledge of H&S legislation and CDM Regulation.
Water Industry Experience.
Understanding of NEC contracts.
Full UK Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering leadership and technical assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure projects are developed, designed, constructed and commissioned in line with requirements and governance standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and delivery partners to manage risk and ensure compliance.
Lead Delivery Assurance meetings across the project lifecycle.
Review outputs to ensure governance and compliance requirements are met.
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
Build strong relationships with contractors, designers, operational teams and stakeholders.
Undertake site assurance activities during construction and commissioning.
