Job description

We're recruiting a Project Engineer / Site Agent to support a major, multi‑year nuclear‑licensed infrastructure programme. This is a technically demanding environment with strict quality, assurance, and compliance requirements, so it suits someone with strong engineering fundamentals and the confidence to manage complex interfaces, heavy civils works, and highly controlled construction processes.

You'll be involved in large‑scale earthworks, deep excavations, reinforced concrete structures, marine‑adjacent works, utilities, and heavy temporary works. The role requires a clear understanding of nuclear‑grade quality expectations, rigorous documentation, and the ability to work within a highly regulated framework where buildability, sequencing, and technical accuracy are critical.

  • Support planning, sequencing, and interface management across multiple contractors
  • Drive buildability, problem‑solving, and technical assurance on complex civils works
  • Maintain clear communication with commercial, planning, and stakeholder teams
