Job summary

Hayley 247 Engineering Services is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to join our Dudley team. You will link customers, workshop teams, suppliers and the commercial department to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and to high standards.

We welcome engineers with five years in mechanical engineering, strong communication, and organisational skills, and a willingness to travel. You will perform site visits, RAMS preparation, and commercial liaison as projects advance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in a mechanical engineering environment.
• Ability to interpret drawings and communicate technical information.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from enquiry through to completion.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to define project scope.
• Prepare technical notes, scopes of work, and quotations.
• Coordinate machining, fabrication, and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure safety and quality in project delivery.
