Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mechanical Lead Engineer to join the West Midlands team. You will lead the mechanical delivery, taking on greater operational and commercial responsibility while ensuring the successful design, coordination, and installation of mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, with a proven track record on medium to large projects and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of leading Mechanical delivery on medium to large size projects.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of building services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
