The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Heavy Industry sector, a degree in Engineering, and Chartered Engineer status is desirable but not mandatory. A good understanding of project management, risk assessment, and safety methods is preferred, with training provided as needed. Excellent communication skills, high engineering competency in Electrical disciplines, and strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
