We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join one of our key clients—an established offshore wind contractor with a strong track record in the installation of foundations for large-scale wind farms. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering critical infrastructure for the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of offshore foundation installation projects from early engineering through to offshore execution.
Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, HSE, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, vessel operators).
Prepare and review technical documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and installation procedures.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Participate in offshore campaigns as required, providing engineering support during operations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and project requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or related discipline).
Proven experience in offshore wind or marine construction, ideally with a focus on foundation installation (monopiles, jackets, suction buckets, etc.).
Strong understanding of offshore installation methods, equipment, and logistics.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel and work offshore as needed.
Right to work in the UK.
Experience working with major offshore wind developers or Tier 1 contractors.
Familiarity with offshore vessels and heavy lift operations.
Knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, OrcaFlex, MS Project).
