Job summary

RC Fornax is seeking an engineering project professional to coordinate technical activities across multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholders in high-regulation environments.

You will act as the primary technical interface, managing risks and changes while supporting plans, roadmaps and milestones throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project planning, dependency management, risk management, issue control and forecasting.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across engineering teams, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary technical interface between engineering functions and delivery management, supporting project execution throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage technical risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and change requests, ensuring escalation and mitigation actions.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, technical roadmaps, schedules, milestones and delivery forecasts.
• Facilitate technical reviews, governance activities and milestone assessments to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate engineering inputs into artefacts, deliverables, reporting and lifecycle management activities.
• Track project performance against scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent qualification within an Engineering, Systems Engineering or related Technical discipline.
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex engineering projects or technical work packages within Aerospace, Defence or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of project planning, dependency management, risk management, issue control, forecasting and technical governance.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage technical delivery whilst balancing scope, schedule, quality and business objectives.
