RC Fornax in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Work Package Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across the engineering lifecycle. You will own and structure WBS and coordinate planning, scheduling, and delivery of activities from design through validation.

Applicants must have experience in aerospace/defence or complex systems, a track record of delivering cost, schedule and performance, and eligibility for Active SC Clearance as a British national.

Qualifications

• Experience as Engineering Work Package Manager or Project Engineering Lead/Manager.
• Background in aerospace, defence, or complex engineering systems.
• Ownership of engineering delivery (cost, schedule, performance).
• Experience with WBS, planning, and structured delivery frameworks.
• Understanding of full engineering lifecycle and system integration.
• Eligible for Active SC Clearance; sole British national.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Work Package Manager or Project Engineering Lead/Manager
• Strong background in aerospace, defence, or complex engineering systems
• Demonstrated ownership of engineering delivery (cost, schedule, performance)
• Experience with WBS, planning, and structured delivery frameworks
• Solid understanding of the full engineering lifecycle and system integration

Due to the nature of this project, the successful candidate must be eligible or hold Active SC Clearance and be sole a British national.
