Job summary

Hunter Selection Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Project Engineer to join a leading supplier of high performance systems. You will manage technical and critical success factors across projects, with design input for cryogenic equipment and collaboration with R&D teams to ensure delivery.

The role offers long-term progression within a first-class manufacturing environment, with exposure to planning, installation, and tender support, while driving process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous design experience in an R&D environment.
• Scientific systems knowledge.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing all aspects of projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing the technical/critical success factors of any given project for its lifetime within the company.
• In depth planning of projects.
• Design of cryogenic equipment, or working closely with a design team, drawing checking.
• Technical input and management of R&D projects, co-ordination of teams.
• Customer service and communications, understanding of customer requirement.
• Driving the project (projects) to plan.
• An understanding of Test and Installation of systems.
• Assisting the sales function with technical specifications for tender documentation when required.
• Using, designing and developing processes to enhance products and improve the company performance.
