Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the site manager, project manager and project team with project documentation and control, customer liaison, engineering questions and planning. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion independently. Body in White and automation experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project progress
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Co-ordinate suppliers and customer to deliver the agreed plan
• Respond to engineering questions and investigate solutions

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager in BiW or automation.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite and able to read/understand engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards of a CDM environment.
