Job summary

PwE Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a Chartered Engineer to join a high-profile project at Heysham Power Station. You will work within a highly regulated environment across the full lifecycle, delivering engineered solutions and maintaining documentation with senior engineers.

The role requires experience in regulated industries, knowledge of CDM, and strong safety, quality and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer or equivalent qualification.
• Experience delivering projects in highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of CDM and construction project delivery.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Nuclear or power station experience desirable but not essential.
• Project management qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain engineering documentation, quality plans and technical specifications.
• Manage technical queries in line with project processes and procedures.
• Review contractor drawings, documents and technical submissions.
• Carry out feasibility studies, site surveys and technical appraisals.
• Prepare and manage Engineering Change documentation.
• Support contractor selection and contract placement activities.
• Lead commissioning documentation and testing where required.
• Collaborate with Project and Construction Managers to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
