As our next Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing and delivering projects successfully. Your main responsibility will be to deliver capital projects and handle any challenges that arise.

To succeed, you should be proactive, accountable, organized, flexible, and able to work independently. You will develop, specify, and implement approximately 30 capital projects annually, valued between £20,000 and £1 million.

This role requires you to be solely responsible for project delivery without reliance on a team. It does not involve managing multi-million-pound projects or direct reports. Flexibility with working hours may be necessary to ensure project completion on time.

Key requirements:

• Project Management experience within Engineering
• Experience working in a bakery environment
• Engineering qualifications
• Experience with SAP or Microsoft Project
• High computer literacy
