Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in mechanical/HVAC project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of relevant systems and regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• IOSH/NEBOSH certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HVAC/mechanical projects up to £1M from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and prepare necessary documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement and invoicing.
• Coordinate teams and oversee project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience in mechanical/HVAC project engineering
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, heating, plumbing, and BMS
• Degree/HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• IOSH/NEBOSH certification (desirable)
• Proven success delivering projects on time, on budget, and meeting SHEQ standards (desirable)
• Experience managing engineering teams & subcontractors (desirable)
• Ability to interpret drawings and manage cost/design elements (desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HVAC/mechanical projects up to £1M from start to finish
• Prepare RAMS, H&S documentation, and ensure legal compliance
• Liaise with suppliers, handle procurement, negotiate discounts, and approve invoices
• Coordinate engineers, labour, subcontractors, and commissioning teams
• Plan and schedule works, including weekly site coordination
• Run weekly client meetings and report to the Contract Director
• Identify variations, secure instructions, and maximise project value
• Problem-solve and drive projects to completion on time and within budget
• Prepare O&M manuals and oversee final client handover
