Job summary

HTA Group in Coventry is seeking an experienced engineer to support fabrication on specialist projects. You will read detailed drawings, coordinate tasks, and liaise with customers to ensure smooth project flow.

The role requires welding expertise, CAD familiarity, and the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects. A strong emphasis on punctuality and organization is essential.

Location:Coventry
Salary:Up to £50k DOE
Hours of Work:

Week 1- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Week 2- Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm

This is an interesting and varied role, which involves working on some excellent specialist engineering projects, bringing in fantastic career prospects for the successful candidate.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Proven engineering and fabrication knowledge/experience/background
• Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise closely with customers
• Ability to work under pressure, both on own initiative and as part of a busy team
• Ability to handle multiple varied projects from order through to completion
• Responsible, conscientious, punctual, highly organized, and self-motivated
• Excellent knowledge of all welding techniques
• CAD qualifications and experience are preferable but not essential for this role, training will be provided where necessary
