The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects flawlessly whilst demonstrating financial control, ensuring that Weetabix Capital funds are utilised responsibly and aligned with the strategic goals and needs of the business.

The purpose of this role is:

  • Uphold an excellent safety record
  • Deliver on-time to business requirements by setting realistic goals and committing to achieving them.
  • Organise and chair project meetings with standardised PPO.
  • Engage all project stakeholders and plan thoroughly.
  • Ensure projects adhere to UK legislation and Weetabix requirements.
  • Follow Weetabix’s CDM and Contractor Manager processes.
  • Feed necessary information into the Project Managers' monthly reports and budget sheets.
  • Utilise excellent communication skills to ensure changes are fully agreed and communicated

Non-negotiables

  • Recognised Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Suitable safety qualifications (i.e. SMSTS, FAAW and IOSH)
  • Project Management Qualification, Prince 2, APM ETC.
  • Competent with MS Office and standard Engineering applications

Nice to haves

  • Experience of working in Engineering, FMCG and Construction
