Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to join a national civil engineering contractor on a tunnelling project. The role focuses on ITPs, RAMS, QA/QC, and strict health and safety standards.

The candidate will work to project specifications and drawings, support tunnelling and underground operations, and monitor progress to ensure delivery within programme scope.

Qualifications

• CSCS White card holder with valid certification.
• SSSTS or SMSTS accredited.
• Experience on tunnelling or underground construction.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong understanding of project specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ITPs, RAMS, QA and QC documentation.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Work to project specifications and drawings.
• Support tunnelling and underground works.
• Monitor works against programme and specifications.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements.
