Job summary

RTL Group is seeking a Site Engineer to work on a tunnelling project for a national civil engineering contractor in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for setting out and surveying, ensuring works follow drawings and specifications, and supporting underground construction activities.

Key duties include preparing ITPs and RAMS, QA/QC, health and safety compliance, monitoring progress against programme, and maintaining strong site liaison.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting out and surveying on major projects.
• Knowledge of RAMS and ITP processes.
• Strong QA/QC and safety compliance background.
• Familiar with tunnelling or underground works.

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Engineer to work on a tunnelling project. Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• ITP's, RAMS.
• QA and QC.
• Health and safety compliance.
• Setting out and surveying.
• Working to project specifications and drawings.
• Supporting tunnelling and underground works.
• Monitoring works against programme and specifications.
• White CSCS
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Previous experience on Tunnelling or Underground Construction.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience working as a Site Engineer.
