Job summary

Extension Recruitment is seeking a Project Engineer in Basildon to join a civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK. The role involves coordinating activities from planning to completion, managing relationships with clients and subcontractors, and collaborating with commercial, planning and HSEQ teams to ensure safety, quality, programme and budget targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within civil engineering or earthworks projects.
• Strong technical engineering knowledge.
• Experience delivering projects within challenging infrastructure environments.
• Chartered ICE status, or working towards Chartership, would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
