Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is looking for a Project Engineer (Civil) in Redditch to take ownership of technically challenging civil projects from concept to completion.

You will coordinate with internal engineering teams, clients and contractors, ensure delivery within budget and on time, and may undertake occasional site visits including abroad; hybrid working and structured progression to Project Management are on offer.

Are you a Project Engineer from a Civil Engineering background, looking to join an industry-leading company where you will take ownership of technically challenging projects, whilst receiving specialist training and clear opportunities to progress into Project Management and senior positions?

In this role, you will oversee a range of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion, coordinating technical and operational requirements whilst ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will liaise closely with internal engineering teams, clients, contractors and external stakeholders, ensuring projects meet relevant technical and regulatory standards.

This role would suit a Project Engineer from a Civil Engineering background looking to join an industry leading business offering clear scope for progression into a Project Manager.

The Role
