Ensuring programme compliance to the NEC contract, including recording Compensation Events and managing programme updates, including undertaking critical path analysis and providing key information to the project team.
  10. Change Control: Establish a robust scope baseline and implement protocols to assess and implement scope change, updating configuration documents as required, and assessing impact on upstream and downstream contracts.
  11. Contract Management: Ensure a robust strategy is in place for upstream and downstream NEC contract administration and all NEC contract requirements are discharged.
  12. Risk Management: Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive problem-solving to address challenges effectively.
