This role will have responsibility for overseeing the technical and financial performance of all technical teams delivering projects in the UK and internationally.

Your next role:

Key Duties:

• Lead and oversee project planning, including programme and financial management, risk, budgets, and technical performance.
• Act as a trusted client advisor and lead external team management and coordination.
• Represent Buro Happold to clients.
• Oversee the technical management and performance of Buro Happold teams.
• Ensure compliance with all Buro Happold quality management systems.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Strong technical background in civil infrastructure design.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior audiences, clients, and collaborators.
• Experience in setting up and managing multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure and/or masterplanning projects, overseeing financial and technical performance, and managing programmes both in the UK and overseas.
• Experience managing risks and adapting to changing priorities.
• Senior project management experience, including leading external teams internationally and managing expectations.
• Experience in leading fee estimates, proposals, and negotiating T&Cs.
• Professional membership of a relevant professional body.
