Job summary

Albion Recruitment is seeking a Project Director - Cladding and Roofing for Europe (Data Centres). You will lead major façade and cladding packages, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability on high-profile data centre projects across Europe, from pre-construction through handover.

The role is senior and client-facing, with regular travel across Europe. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing and installation, and maintain strict programme

Project Director - Cladding and Roofing - Europe (Data Centres)

A highly regarded, well-established façade and cladding specialist delivering complex, high-performance building envelope solutions across the UK and Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the Nordics. The business is recognised for working on high-profile data centre and mission-critical projects for leading blue-chip clients.

Operating as both a design and installation specialist, the company delivers bespoke metal cladding and façade systems across demanding environments where technical precision, programme certainty and delivery excellence are critical. With over 150 direct employees and a strong growth trajectory, the business continues to expand its European footprint and capability across major infrastructure and data centre programmes.

The Role

The Project Director will take full responsibility for the safe, on-time and profitable delivery of major façade and cladding packages on high-profile data centre projects across Europe.

You will lead projects end-to-end - from pre-construction and design development through procurement, manufacturing, logistics and installation - ensuring key milestones, commissioning dates and client expectations are consistently achieved.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role within a fast-growing division, offering exceptional long-term potential and genuine opportunity for progression as the business continues its European expansion. The position will involve regular travel and periods of working away on project sites across Europe, with a structured rota to be agreed depending on the individual.

Salary is open to discussion depending on experience, with a guide of £110,000 to £125,000 plus a competitive benefits package. The final offer will be tailored to the individual and reflects the seniority and impact of the role, with significant potential for future growth within the business.
