Job summary

Albion Recruitment is seeking a Project Director - Cladding and Roofing for Europe (Data Centres). You will lead major façade and cladding packages, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability on high-profile data centre projects across Europe, from pre-construction through handover.

The role is senior and client-facing, with regular travel across Europe. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing and installation, and maintain strict programme

Qualifications

• Strong background in data centre and/or mission-critical projects.
• End-to-end project leadership from pre-construction to handover.
• Strong commercial, contractual and risk management capability.
• Senior-level client interface experience with blue-chip clients.
• Proven track record of programme certainty on complex critical path projects.
• 10+ years' experience within façade, cladding or envelope contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end - from pre-construction through procurement, manufacturing, logistics and installation.
• Ensure milestones, commissioning dates and client expectations are achieved.
• Manage safety, profitability and client relationships on high-profile data centre projects across Europe.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Europe and travel as required.
