Job summary

CBRE seeks a senior Account Lead (Director level) to serve as the single PJM point of contact across a large, multinational client portfolio in EMEA and APAC. You will provide senior leadership for turnkey projects and agency-led initiatives, aligning delivery standards regionally.

You will lead regional teams in India, the Philippines, and EMEA/APAC, ensuring governance, quality, and consistency in project delivery while building trusted client relationships in financial services environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant project/program management experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate, construction or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing multi-country portfolios.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams of project professionals.
• Strong understanding of project governance, construction delivery and quality.
• Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Experience in financial services or complex corporate environments desirable.

We are looking for a senior Project & Programme Management (PJM)professional to act as the overall SPOC for PJM across for one of our largestglobal banking clients account in EMEA and APAC.

The role will provide senior oversight across Principal Projects (turnkey) in EMEA andagency-led projects in APAC, ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach toproject delivery across the region. This is a high-profile account leadershiprole for someone who can bring together PJM delivery across EMEA and APAC andact as a trusted senior partner to our client

You will also provide leadership and direction to three key on-accountpositions:

• Construction Management Lead – India


• Construction Management Lead – Philippines


• Construction Process & Quality Lead – EMEA/APAC

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the senior PJM point of contact for the client across EMEA and APAC.

About You

• Senior Project / Programme Management experience within commercial realestate, construction or corporate real estate.

• Experience leading teams or senior project professionals.


• Strong understanding of project governance, construction delivery andquality.


• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.


• Experience within financial services or another complex corporate environmentis desirable.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.


• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.


• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.


• Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.


• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.


• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.


• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
