Job summary

CIH International Housing Group seeks a senior Account Lead to act as the sole PJM SPOC for a major global banking client across EMEA and APAC. The role provides senior oversight of turnkey projects in EMEA and agency-led work in APAC, aligning delivery practices and strengthening the client relationship.

You will lead three on-account roles, champion governance, and drive consistency in project delivery, quality and processes while building trusted partnerships with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior PJM experience in commercial real estate, construction or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing complex, multi-country portfolios.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams or senior project professionals.
• Knowledge of project governance, construction delivery and quality.
• Able to operate at strategic and operational levels.
• Experience in financial services or another complex corporate environment is desirable.

Title: Account Lead Region: EMEA & APAC Function: Project & Program management / Principal Delivery Level: Director

We are looking for a senior Project & Programme Management (PJM) professional to act as the overall SPOC for PJM across for one of our largest global banking clients account in EMEA and APAC.

The role will provide senior oversight across Principal Projects (turnkey) in EMEA and agency-led projects in APAC, ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach to project delivery across the region. This is a high-profile account leadership role for someone who can bring together PJM delivery across EMEA and APAC and act as a trusted senior partner to our client

You will also provide leadership and direction to three key on-account positions:

• Construction Management Lead - India
• Construction Management Lead - Philippines
• Construction Process & Quality Lead - EMEA/APAC

Key Responsibilities

About You

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
