O'Neill and Brennan is seeking an experienced senior leader (Contracts Manager/Project Lead/Project Director) to oversee delivery of a major civil engineering and infrastructure scheme in London. You will manage teams, budgets, risks and client relationships to drive on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires a proven track record delivering large-scale projects and providing strategic leadership across the project lifecycle, from planning through to completion.

• Proven experience delivering major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience operating at Contracts Manager, Project Lead, Project Director or equivalent level.
• Strong technical understanding of complex civil engineering and infrastructure works.
• Demonstrable experience managing high-value projects and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project programmes, budgets and key stakeholder relationships.
