Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Management role, ideally within a commercial or construction-related environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and operational delivery of projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, cash flow and commercial performance.
• Manage contracts, variations, change control and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Prepare and review project reports, financial forecasts and progress updates.
