Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a complex, high-value building project from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage programme delivery, client and stakeholder relationships, operational performance, and team leadership.
• Ensure project excellence at every stage, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on major building projects (£50m+).
• Strong background with Tier 1 or leading regional contractors.
• Experience managing complex construction programmes from inception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience across sectors such as commercial, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, or education is desirable.
