Job Description:

This role is based at Berkshire office with a hybrid working model: two days in the office, three days WFH.

Salary Range: £60,000 - 70,000 DOE.

Piper Maddox collaborates with a global leader in the Renewable Energy industry to expand their UK team. With a presence in over 15 international territories and over 20 years in the sector, they have a pipeline exceeding 30GW across development and construction phases worldwide.

The UK operations include three offices, with this position based in their English office. The business focuses on full project development, construction, and project sales at the RTB stage for Solar, Onshore Wind, and BESS projects.

We are seeking a Project Development Manager to lead the development of our pipeline and mentor junior team members. Your responsibilities include managing utility-scale projects from inception to RTB, overseeing land origination, managing planning processes with external consultants, and ensuring project viability both commercially and financially.
