Liberty Blume is seeking a Project Delivery Specialist in Bradford to lead HR and payroll initiatives. The role is hybrid, combining client-facing delivery with internal capability development and process improvement across change, compliance, and people-focused programs.

You will manage project scopes, risks, and dependencies, ensuring successful outcomes and customer satisfaction while collaborating with HR technology platforms such as Workday/Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR and payroll projects in a shared services or HRIS environment.
• Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, processes, and operational practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, SLAs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Training or certification in PRINCE2, Agile, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of HR and payroll projects with clear outcomes.
• Support internal People Services initiatives for department growth and capability.
• Act as primary client contact and maintain relationships for customer satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and resource plans.

This is a hybrid role, with two days a week based in our Bradford office.**As a Project Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Liberty Blume by delivering a diverse range of operational and people‐focused projects for our People Services teams and our customers, including VMO2. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in HR and Payroll who has operated in a similar role - delivering people‐focused initiatives as well as implementing new systems and tools that enhance customer experience and improve service usability. Your work will span cyclical projects such as Benefits, Compensation Review, and Payroll, alongside wider programmes across Change, Compliance, Legislation, and the development of new people‐focused products.
