Job summary

Baker Hughes in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Delivery Manager - PCS to lead end-to-end delivery of subsea projects. This role focuses on performance, cost, schedule and quality across PCS delivery, ensuring integration of hardware, software and communications.

You will develop project strategies, manage governance via KPIs, and coordinate with engineering teams to meet offshore HSE standards and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• End-to-end PM experience in Subsea / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing.
• Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS).
• Knowledge of subsea system integration and offshore HSE standards.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen; experience with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for performance, cost, schedule and quality.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with PCS requirements.
• Manage delivery of PCS hardware, software and communication systems.
• Oversee project planning, execution and performance management.
• Ensure alignment between project scopes and system delivery plans.
• Drive governance through KPIs and performance reviews.
• Manage contract administration, including variations and claims.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for technical compliance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and offshore regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration and projects.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.

As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
• Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
• Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems
