Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead a £1m commercial refurbishment in Guildford. You will own the project on site from day one, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, reading drawings, and maintaining excellent health and safety practices. Immediate start for approximately 11 weeks with competitive daily rate.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS card required.
• First Aid at Work certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and safety on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain programme.
• Drive construction schedule to meet milestones and budget.
• Liaise with Project Manager and client to report progress and issues.
