Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Product Delivery Manager for PCS to lead end-to-end subsea project execution, ensuring integration of PCS hardware, software and communications. You will drive governance, planning and risk management across global teams to meet schedule, cost and quality objectives.

The role requires strong PM experience in subsea/oil & gas, familiarity with PCS, and offshore HSE knowledge. Hybrid work options available with some field engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• End-to-end project management experience from initiation to delivery.
• Experience in Subsea, Oil & Gas or Manufacturing preferred.
• Working knowledge of Production Control Systems (PCS) preferred.
• Understanding subsea system integration and engineering processes.
• Familiarity with offshore HSE standards and practices.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and control system architectures.
• PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Experience in global or multinational organizations.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
• Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
• Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience within the Subsea, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Production Control Systems (PCS) is highly preferred.
• Understanding of subsea system integration and associated engineering processes.
• Familiarity with offshore Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and best practices.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and control system architectures.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• Experience working within global or multinational organizations.
