Safeguard Armour, a leading provider of innovative armor and tactical equipment, is seeking a proactive and driven Strategic Project Coordinator to join our growing company. In this high-impact role, you will be a key player in optimizing our operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving our ambitious expansion plans across 30+ countries.

Our Goal: To increase revenue in our armor and equipment division from £6 million to £20 million within the next 3 years. We're looking for someone who is as excited about this challenge as we are and who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real difference.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Operational Efficiency: Analyze workflows across departments, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to maximize efficiency, focusing on tender management, product development (helmets, plates, shields), and supply chain logistics.
• Coordinate Projects: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet standards. Manage tasks, timelines, and cross-departmental collaboration, including launching new product lines and developing materials.
• Implement and Manage Change: Collaborate with teams to implement new procedures, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance. Facilitate communication and teamwork.
• Track and Report: Monitor KPIs, measure impact, and prepare reports for senior management, demonstrating your analytical skills.
• Support System Implementation: Assist in deploying our new ERP/MRP system (Hydacore), including data migration, user training, and testing to ensure a smooth transition.
• Tender Management & Proposal Development: Analyze tenders, develop strategies, and craft proposals for police, military, and defense clients across 40 markets.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Improve supply chain processes, explore sourcing options, negotiate with suppliers, and implement inventory systems.
