Safeguard Armour, a leading provider of innovative armor and tactical equipment, is seeking a proactive and driven Strategic Project Coordinator to join our growing company. In this high-impact role, you will be a key player in optimizing our operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving our ambitious expansion plans across 30+ countries.

Our Goal: To increase revenue in our armor and equipment division from £6 million to £20 million within the next 3 years. We're looking for someone who is as excited about this challenge as we are and who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real difference.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Operational Efficiency: Analyze existing processes and workflows across all departments, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate Key Projects: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high standards.
• Implement and Manage Change: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new or revised procedures, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance.
• Track, Measure, and Report: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of your efforts.
• Support System Implementation: Play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our new ERP/MRP system (Hydacore).
• Tender Management & Proposal Development: Support the tender management process by analyzing government tenders and developing win strategies.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Contribute to improving and diversifying our supply chain operations.
