Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring a Project Coordinator to join the PMO on a Nuclear Records Management contract in Warrington. The role supports governance, planning, reporting, and risk management in a high-integrity environment.

The position requires active Security Clearance or eligibility, a PRINCE2 framework approach, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. It is a hybrid, 18‑month fixed-term contract reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination or administration role, preferably in a regulated/high‑integrity environment.
• Strong knowledge of PMO governance, project lifecycles, and PRINCE2 principles (PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites, with experience managing project tools and RAID logs.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery in alignment with PRINCE2 principles and PMO governance standards.
• Monitor deliverables, schedule meetings, distribute agendas, and coordinate cross-functional calendars.
• Maintain real-time project documentation and translate operational data into actionable reporting for PMO leadership.
• Own RAID log updates to proactively track, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Apply insights to continuously improve project documentation and workflow efficiency.
