You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.

Within our Advisory group is International Institutions and Donor Assurance (IIDA). This team work closely with global institutions such as UN agencies, the European Commission, Foundations and other Development Agencies, particularly those involved in international development. Our team of sector experts provide assurance services, including financial and systems audits, certifications, internal control assessments, technical assistance, and consultancy services to international institutions

The Project Coordinator is a key part of the International Institutions and Donor Assurance (IIDA) contract team and provides project coordination for the full life cycle of any assignment; from the proposal process, translation of documents, contract management with the client, assignment planning. You'll to assist with the report writing, and billing and will work closely with project managers, manager and partner.

You'll be someone with

Previous experience in a project coordination role

Excellent English and ideally be able to converse in German (both verbally and in written format)

Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task

Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and focus

A good eye for detail and the ability to follow through tasks
