Job summary

City of Doncaster Council is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support a diverse portfolio of aviation, infrastructure and operational projects at Doncaster Sheffield Airport. You will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with governance requirements.

Key duties include coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, monitoring progress and assisting decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination, project support or project controls role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of project governance and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of aviation, infrastructure and operational projects, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Lead and deliver small-scale projects with planning, stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk/issue registers and governance records.
• Monitor progress, budgets, resources and KPIs, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinate project boards, meetings and stakeholder engagement, preparing reports and action logs.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors and external stakeholders.
